Road closures on Sunday 23 August

Due to an SCC running event on Sunday 23 August 2026, there will be road closures until 1 pm on Grunewaldstraße and Königin-Luise-Straße, amongst others.

We recommend using the Unter den Eichen entrance or allowing for a longer walk to Königin-Luise-Platz. Thank you for your understanding.

Mediterranean House saved!

The renovation of our Mittelmeerhaus, which was put on hold in early 2025, can now go ahead after all. The Berlin Senate has decided to renovate the building using funds from the Federal Government’s current emergency investment program.
